Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices are quoted in Canadian $ and are subject to change without further notice.
  2. Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of $ 200.00 is required at the time of booking.
    Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure date.
  3. Cancellations received more than six weeks prior to departure will incur loss of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received less than 6weeks and more than 3 weeks prior to departure will be levied a fee of 25% of the tour cost. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to departure will be levied a fee of 75% of the tour cost.
  4. We strongly recommend cancellation and medical insurance.
  5. Advantage Prime Travel (APT) acts only as agent for various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services pertaining to the tours. APT assumes no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be liable for any act, error, or omission, or any damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued resulting in loss or additional expenses due to delay of changes in connection herewith. APT can not accept the responsibility for changes in transportation schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to accept or refuse any person as a member of any tour, or to change or withdraw the tour as circumstances demand. APT cannot accept responsibility from and against any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury or any damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of participating at any sporting events.
  6. Travel documents will be sent 2 weeks prior to departure.
  7. If we are forced to cancel the trip, we will refund your monies paid and our liability is limited to the full amount paid to APT by the traveller. BC Registration 3656-2
